TRAINING CONTENT
- How the tool changer works: You will learn how the tool changer works, including its mechanics, controls and automation technology.
- Operation and programming: You will be trained in the operation of the tool changer, including the loading and unloading of tools and the selection and activation of tools during the machining process. In addition, basic programming concepts can be taught in order to integrate the tool changer into CNC programs.
- Safety aspects: The training covers the safety precautions that must be observed when operating the tool changer in order to prevent accidents and ensure the personal safety of the operators.
- Maintenance and servicing: Participants are trained in the routine maintenance processes for the tool changer, including lubrication, cleaning, inspection and replacement of wearing parts.
